Pengaruh Result Control Terhadap Employee Performance pada Rumah Sakit Syafira Kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau

This research aims to analyze the effect of result control on Employee Performance at Syafira Hospital, Pekanbaru City. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression, and the t test is used to analyze the data. Data was obtained through a questionnaire method with a Likert scale. The independent variables in this research are result control. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is employee performance. The data was obtained with the help of SPSS 17 software. The results of this research are that result control has a significant influence on employee performance.
