PENGARUH KELENGKAPAN PRODUK, PENGETAHUAN KARYAWAN DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA APOTEK SUMBER TENAGA BANGKINANG KOTA

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of Product Completeness, Employee Knowledge, and Price on Customer Satisfaction at Sumber Tenaga Pharmacy. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The total number of respondents in this study was 106. Hypothesis testing was conducted using F and t tests. Based on the results, it can be concluded that, according to the simultaneous test, Product Completeness, Employee Knowledge, and Price significantly affect Customer Satisfaction at Sumber Tenaga Pharmacy. Based on the partial test (individual), Employee Knowledge and Price significantly affect Customer Satisfaction, while Product Completeness has a relatively smaller influence, although still significant. The correlation between the independent variables and the dependent variable, Customer Satisfaction, is relatively high, with a contribution of 84.3%, while the remaining 15.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this study
