Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in supporting the local economy in Pauh District, Padang City, as a source of income, job creators, and drivers of the local economy. However, the development of MSMEs still faces obstacles in marketing management, particularly weak promotional skills and a limited understanding of consumer behavior. Most businesses still employ conventional marketing strategies without analyzing customer needs, preferences, and behavior patterns. As a result, promotions are poorly targeted and unable to optimally enhance product competitiveness. Limited marketing literacy and a lack of mentoring also prevent MSMEs from evaluating the effectiveness of their promotional strategies. This community service program aims to strengthen MSME marketing management through training on promotions and consumer behavior analysis. Activities are implemented using a participatory and applied approach through training, discussions, and direct mentoring. Materials cover marketing management concepts, effective promotional techniques, understanding consumer behavior, and simple analysis of customer needs. The expected outcome is an increased capacity of MSMEs in designing consumer-based promotions, thereby increasing sales, competitiveness, and sustaining business sustainability

Marketing activities are still dominated by conventional methods, resulting in suboptimal utilization of digital technology, particularly digital marketplaces. This situation results in low product competitiveness and limited market access. This community service program aims to implement digital marketplace-based marketing management to expand the market reach of MSMEs. The focus of the activity is to increase the capacity of business actors in understanding and managing digital marketing through marketplace platforms. The main challenges faced by partners include low digital literacy, limited skills in managing online stores, and a limited understanding of integrated digital marketing strategies. The implementation method is participatory and applied through the stages of needs identification, digital marketing management training, mentoring in creating and managing marketplace accounts, and monitoring and evaluation. Materials cover digital marketing concepts, product and content management, promotional strategies, and online customer service. This community service program aims to optimize the marketing management of MSME products by strengthening branding and market segmentation in Pauh District, Padang City. MSMEs in this region have significant potential to support the local economy, but still face marketing challenges, particularly weak brand identity, inaccurate target market determination, and limited planned, consumer-needs-based marketing strategies. Some businesses still market their products conventionally without understanding the characteristics of appropriate market segments, thus limiting their competitiveness and market reach. Furthermore, product branding is inconsistent in terms of name, packaging, and promotional messages, resulting in under-development of product added value. This program is implemented using a participatory and applied approach through initial condition identification, marketing management training, mentoring to strengthen branding, and the implementation of market segmentation relevant to local conditions. Methods used include interactive lectures, discussions, hands-on practice, and monitoring and evaluation. The materials cover basic digital marketing concepts, engaging content creation, promotional and consumer interaction strategies, and simple marketing performance evaluations. Pauh District, Padang City, has a large local workforce potential, but its utilization by businesses and MSMEs is not yet optimal. The main problems include the low match between workforce competencies and business needs, the informal recruitment process, and a lack of understanding of sustainable human resource development. This condition has resulted in low local workforce absorption and less than optimal business productivity. This Community Service Program aims to optimize the potential of the local workforce through structured, applicable recruitment and human resource development training based on the real needs of the business world. The approach used is participatory and empowering, involving businesses and workers at every stage of the activity. Implementation methods include needs identification, practice-based training, case study discussions, and ongoing mentoring with materials tailored to the characteristics of local MSMEs. The program outputs include training models based on local potential, increased workforce competency, and strengthened managerial capacity of business actors. This community service program aims to improve the competitiveness of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Pauh District, Padang City, through digital-based human resource management (HR) assistance. MSMEs play a strategic role in the local economy, but still face challenges in HR management, which is informal, undocumented, and limited use of technology. This situation results in low productivity, weak performance oversight, and limited adaptability to increasingly competitive business conditions. Based on a situational analysis, MSMEs in Pauh generally lack a structured system for recording attendance, assigning tasks, or evaluating performance. Furthermore, low digital literacy results in suboptimal use of technology in HR management. To address these challenges, this program is designed through a participatory approach, employing practice-based training and ongoing mentoring. Activities include mapping digital needs and readiness, training on the use of simple applications for recording and monitoring performance, and developing work standards and HR performance indicators. The mentoring is conducted in stages to enable MSMEs to implement the system independently. The program's outputs include improving the managerial capacity of MSMEs, implementing a digital-based HR system, developing modules, and developing scientific publications. Improving the quality of public services at the village level is a crucial prerequisite for realizing effective, accountable, and community-satisfaction-oriented governance. However, the human resource capacity of village officials, particularly in public service management and performance, remains a major obstacle. This issue was also identified in the Pauh area of Padang City, where village officials face limited understanding of service standards, performance management, and a professional and responsive work culture. This community service program aims to strengthen the capacity of village officials through training and mentoring in public service management and performance. Activities are implemented using a participatory and needs-based approach, including problem identification, thematic training, case study discussions, service simulations, and mentoring in the implementation of service standards and performance evaluation. The materials covered the concept of public service, principles of good governance, performance management, the development of service standards, and indicator-based evaluation. Targeted outputs include improving the competency of village officials, the development of training modules, performance improvement models, scientific articles, and policy recommendations. In the long term, this program is expected to drive improvements in the quality of public services and strengthen professional and sustainable village governance in Pauh, Padang City

DINAMIKA KEKERASAN TERHADAP SISWI DI SEKOLAH

Schools, as formal learning venues, must be safe and comfortable spaces free from various human rights violations, including violence against women (female students). Setia Sharma High School, Pekanbaru City, is committed to protecting women. Communication with the school and input from the educational institution indicates that education and training on violence against women/female students is necessary, as it has been lacking. Setia Dharma High School requires collaboration with various parties to achieve the school's vision and mission. Setia Dharma High School, Pekanbaru City, needs partners to protect female students from violence. The school still needs to improve its understanding of knowledge, actions, and solutions related to violence against women. Therefore, it is necessary to provide information on the dynamics of violence against women. The community service program involves providing counseling to teachers, staff, and students. The school has responded positively to this service activity. Students are not only thinking about how to achieve their future by continuing their education or pursuing a career, but also about protecting themselves at all times, wherever and whenever.

DARI PENDAPINGAN MENUJU KEMANDIRIAN: PEMBERDAYAAN KOMUNITAS DALAM PROGRAM SENAM SEHAT BERSAMA

This community service program is motivated by the importance of sustaining community-based physical activity to improve public health, particularly after the mentoring phase ends. In the initial stage, a healthy exercise program conducted in Pagesangan Village, Surabaya, successfully increased community participation and awareness of the importance of physical fitness. However, the main challenge lies in the community’s ability to maintain the program independently. Therefore, this second-stage program aims to analyze and strengthen community independence through a community empowerment approach. The method used is a participatory approach involving post-assistance evaluation, strengthening local leadership, and facilitating independent program management. The results show that the community has successfully established a self-managed group called “Senam Sehat Bersama,” equipped with an organizational structure, local instructors, regular exercise schedules, and a self-sustaining funding system through member contributions. These findings indicate that continuous mentoring effectively fosters community independence. Thus, this program provides significant implications as a sustainable community-based health empowerment model that can be replicated in other regions.

PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN LINGKUNGAN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PENYULUH PERTANIAN PADA DINAS TANAMAN PANGAN DAN HORTIKULTURA KABUPATEN ROKAN HULU

This study aims to determine the simultaneous influence of training and organizational environment on the performance of agricultural extension workers at the Food Crops and Horticulture Service of Rokan Hulu Regency. The population of this study was all employees of the Food Crops and Horticulture Service of Rokan Hulu Regency. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with 54 respondents. The independent variables in this study were training (X1), organizational environment (X2), and performance variables (Y). Data collection methods used questionnaires, documentation, and informal interviews. Instrument reliability tests included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests included normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results showed that 97.1% of performance was influenced by training and organizational environment, while the remaining 2.9% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The conclusion of this study, based on the results of partial and simultaneous testing, is that training and organizational environment have a significant influence on the performance of agricultural extension workers.

KEPEMIMPINAN PEMBELAJARAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KARAKTER SISWA

This research focuses on the study of the principal's instructional leadership in shaping student character at the UPT SMA Negeri 2 Enrekang. The purpose of this study is to describe how the principal's instructional leadership plays a role in shaping student character, as well as to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its development at the school. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was checked using triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the principal's instructional leadership at the UPT SMA Negeri 2 Enrekang has been implemented well. The principal plays an effective role in managing the learning program to improve the quality of graduates, especially in the formation of student character. This is reflected in student behavior that demonstrates discipline in various situations, religiosity in school activities, resilience and responsibility in learning activities, and a school environment free from bullying. All of this is realized through collaboration between the principal and teachers in providing role models and direct practices that can be emulated by students.

Penelitian atau kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan kemampuan perencanaan anggaran di SD IT Tahfidz Annur Al Fatih Pekanbaru sebagai upaya mendukung keberlanjutan operasional dan pengembangan sekolah berbasis prinsip efisiensi, akuntabilitas, dan transparansi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan penyusunan anggaran berbasis kinerja, serta pendampingan implementasi rencana keuangan yang adaptif terhadap dinamika pendapatan dan belanja sekolah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi perencanaan anggaran mampu meningkatkan kapasitas manajemen sekolah dalam mengalokasikan dana secara lebih efektif, memperbaiki proses pengambilan keputusan keuangan, serta memperkuat posisi sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang mandiri dan berdaya saing. PENINGKATAN PEMAHAMAN KONTRIBUSI TEORITIS BAGI PENELITI PEMULA BIDANG MANAJEMEN DAN BISNIS DI PERGURUAN TINGGI ABC

This community service activity aims to enhance novice researchers’ understanding of theoretical contribution in the fields of management and business at Perguruan Tinggi ABC. The main problem faced by the participants is limited conceptual understanding of the meaning and forms of theoretical contribution in scientific research, which often results in weak articulation of theoretical contribution in academic articles. The activity was conducted through a face-to-face workshop designed to strengthen both conceptual and practical understanding of theoretical contribution in research. A total of ten early-career researchers from management and business disciplines participated in the program. The effectiveness of the activity was evaluated using a pretest–posttest approach to measure changes in participants’ understanding before and after the training. The pretest results indicated that most participants were unable to adequately explain theoretical contribution from a scientific perspective. However, the posttest results, based on case analysis, showed a clear improvement in participants’ ability to identify and formulate theoretical contributions in research. These findings suggest that the training activity was effective in improving novice researchers’ conceptual understanding of theoretical contribution and has the potential to support the improvement of research quality and academic publications within Perguruan Tinggi ABC.

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai peran Profesi Akuntan Publik yang merupakan salah satu Profesi yang berasal dari Jurusan Akuntansi, kebanyakan siswa-siswa SMK Jurusan Akuntansi, kurang mendapatkan pemahaman mengenai profesi Akuntan Publik atau auditor dari sekolah-sekolah karena memang kurikulum yang dimiliki oleh SMK hanya sejauh untuk Menyusun dan menyajikan Laporan Keuangan, padahal sebenarnya siswa-siswa juga perlu mengenal dan memahami peran penting profesi Akuntan publik di tengah masyarakat saat ini.

Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan dan Pemahaman, juga tanya jawab digunakan untuk melengkapi hal-hal yang belum terakomodasi oleh metode di ceramah. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memotivasi dan meningkat minat siswa-siswa untuk mengambil Jurusan Akuntansi pada saat masuk jenjang Strata 1 atau sarjana, dan juga untuk meningkatkan Minat jumlah Mahasiswa Baru Prodi Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Lancang Kuning sebagai subyek sasaran.

Hasil yang didapat, dapat berdampak terhadap memotivasi dan mendorong Siswa-siswa SMK Nurul Falah mengambil Jurusan Akuntansi di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Lancang Kuning.

OPTIMALISASI PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI DIGITAL DALAM PEMBUATAN KONTEN VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN BAGI KARYAWAN PT. REGHAS GLOBAL EDUCATION

This community service activity aimed to optimize the use of digital technology in video content creation for employees of PT Reghas Global Education. Digital transformation in the education sector requires institutions to possess creative and professional video content production capabilities; however, employees’ technical competencies remain limited. The activity was implemented through technical training, hands-on practice mentoring, and the strengthening of digital branding strategies. Evaluation was conducted using questionnaires administered before and after the activity. The results showed a 60 percentage-point increase in participants categorized as understanding/very understanding, shifting from an initial condition dominated by the less understanding category to a dominant level after the training. In addition, the less understanding category decreased to 0% at the end of the activity. These findings indicate that practice-based training methods are effective in improving employees’ competencies and self-confidence. This community service activity is expected to support service quality improvement, institutional image strengthening, and sustainable utilization of digital technology at PT Reghas Global Education.

This Community Service activity aims to provide knowledge about entrepreneurship and its characteristics among the women in RT 03/RW 12, Tangkerang Tengah Village, Marpoyan Damai District. The community service activity employed lectures and a question-and-answer session.

The lecture method was used to convey general knowledge about possible initiatives. Questions and answers were used to supplement any areas not covered by the lecture method. This training involved lecturers from the Accounting and Management Department, working with the women in RT 03/RW 12, Tangkerang Tengah Village, Marpoyan Damai District, as the target subjects.

PELATIHAN INFORMASI KEARIFAN BUDAYA SEBAGAI WADAH PEMBERDAYAAN SISTEM INFOMASI NAGARI DAN AI

Nagari Siguntur, located in Koto XI Tarusan District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, has great potential for cultural tourism. However, information related to the tourism profile, transportation access, infrastructure, and event schedules in the area is still unavailable, even on the official village website, which has led to tourism stagnation. This Community Service Program aims to provide training and assistance in developing digital content about cultural wisdom for the Nagari Siguntur officials as part of the Empowerment Forum for the Village Information System (SINAR) and AI integration. Through this program, the Nagari Siguntur officials are expected to be equipped and ready to establish an AI-assisted Village Information System (SINAR) that provides sufficient public information, thereby accelerating the realization of an independent village in terms of cultural information, with positive impacts on tourism and the local economy. The methods used include training sessions introducing basic concepts of culture and cultural wisdom, cultural content writing, interview techniques, journalistic ethics, and the use of social media platforms for publication, as well as workshops on writing engaging and informative cultural content and managing social media platforms such as websites.

PERANAN KEPALA ORGANISASI PERANGKAT DAERAH (OPD) DALAM MENGAKTUALISASIKAN CORE VALUES BerAKHLAK (BERORIENTASI PELAYANAN) PADA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA (ASN)

This study aims to analyze the implementation of BerAKHLAK socialization, the role of leadership in actualizing BerAKHLAK core values, and analyzing the role of leadership in public services in the Riau Provincial Government. This study uses a qualitative method approach by distributing questionnaires to related officials, as many as 61 respondents using a purposive sampling approach, Data collection techniques using questionnaires with a scale of 1-5, which then uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The findings in this study are that the implementation of BerAKHLAK core values socialization has been carried out from 2022 to 2025, the role of the Head of OPD in actualizing BerAKHLAK core values is very large, and his role is more operational, strategic, and managerial in public services namely as a strategic planner, driver of innovation in services, quality assurance, as a developer of ASN competencies and as a supervisor of the course of service as internal supervision.
