This Community Service Program aims to optimize the potential of the local workforce through structured, applicable recruitment and human resource development training based on the real needs of the business world. MSMEs play a strategic role in the local economy, but still face challenges in HR management, which is informal, undocumented, and limited use of technology. This situation results in low productivity, weak performance oversight, and limited adaptability to increasingly competitive business conditions. Based on a situational analysis, MSMEs in Pauh generally lack a structured system for recording attendance, assigning tasks, or evaluating performance. Furthermore, low digital literacy results in suboptimal use of technology in HR management. To address these challenges, this program is designed through a participatory approach, employing practice-based training and ongoing mentoring. Activities include mapping digital needs and readiness, training on the use of simple applications for recording and monitoring performance, and developing work standards and HR performance indicators. The mentoring is conducted in stages to enable MSMEs to implement the system independently. However, the human resource capacity of village officials, particularly in public service management and performance, remains a major obstacle. This issue was also identified in the Pauh area of ​​Padang City, where village officials face limited understanding of service standards, performance management, and a professional and responsive work culture. This community service program aims to strengthen the capacity of village officials through training and mentoring in public service management and performance. Activities are implemented using a participatory and needs-based approach, including problem identification, thematic training, case study discussions, service simulations, and mentoring in the implementation of service standards and performance evaluation. The materials covered the concept of public service, principles of good governance, performance management, the development of service standards, and indicator-based evaluation. Setia Sharma High School, Pekanbaru City, is committed to protecting women. Communication with the school and input from the educational institution indicates that education and training on violence against women/female students is necessary, as it has been lacking. Setia Dharma High School requires collaboration with various parties to achieve the school's vision and mission. Setia Dharma High School, Pekanbaru City, needs partners to protect female students from violence. The school still needs to improve its understanding of knowledge, actions, and solutions related to violence against women. Therefore, it is necessary to provide information on the dynamics of violence against women. The community service program involves providing counseling to teachers, staff, and students. The school has responded positively to this service activity. In the initial stage, a healthy exercise program conducted in Pagesangan Village, Surabaya, successfully increased community participation and awareness of the importance of physical fitness. However, the main challenge lies in the community’s ability to maintain the program independently. Therefore, this second-stage program aims to analyze and strengthen community independence through a community empowerment approach. The method used is a participatory approach involving post-assistance evaluation, strengthening local leadership, and facilitating independent program management. The results show that the community has successfully established a self-managed group called “Senam Sehat Bersama,” equipped with an organizational structure, local instructors, regular exercise schedules, and a self-sustaining funding system through member contributions. These findings indicate that continuous mentoring effectively fosters community independence. The population of this study was all employees of the Food Crops and Horticulture Service of Rokan Hulu Regency. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with 54 respondents. The independent variables in this study were training (X1), organizational environment (X2), and performance variables (Y). Data collection methods used questionnaires, documentation, and informal interviews. Instrument reliability tests included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests included normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results showed that 97.1% of performance was influenced by training and organizational environment, while the remaining 2.9% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The purpose of this study is to describe how the principal's instructional leadership plays a role in shaping student character, as well as to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its development at the school. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was checked using triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the principal's instructional leadership at the UPT SMA Negeri 2 Enrekang has been implemented well. The principal plays an effective role in managing the learning program to improve the quality of graduates, especially in the formation of student character. This is reflected in student behavior that demonstrates discipline in various situations, religiosity in school activities, resilience and responsibility in learning activities, and a school environment free from bullying. The main problem faced by the participants is limited conceptual understanding of the meaning and forms of theoretical contribution in scientific research, which often results in weak articulation of theoretical contribution in academic articles. The activity was conducted through a face-to-face workshop designed to strengthen both conceptual and practical understanding of theoretical contribution in research. A total of ten early-career researchers from management and business disciplines participated in the program. The effectiveness of the activity was evaluated using a pretest–posttest approach to measure changes in participants’ understanding before and after the training. The pretest results indicated that most participants were unable to adequately explain theoretical contribution from a scientific perspective. However, the posttest results, based on case analysis, showed a clear improvement in participants’ ability to identify and formulate theoretical contributions in research. REGHAS GLOBAL EDUCATION http://ejournal.kompetif.com/index.php/diklatreview/article/view/2698 <p>This community service activity aimed to optimize the use of digital technology in video content creation for employees of PT Reghas Global Education. Digital transformation in the education sector requires institutions to possess creative and professional video content production capabilities; however, employees’ technical competencies remain limited. The activity was implemented through technical training, hands-on practice mentoring, and the strengthening of digital branding strategies. Evaluation was conducted using questionnaires administered before and after the activity. The results showed a 60 percentage-point increase in participants categorized as understanding/very understanding, shifting from an initial condition dominated by the less understanding category to a dominant level after the training. In addition, the less understanding category decreased to 0% at the end of the activity. These findings indicate that practice-based training methods are effective in improving employees’ competencies and self-confidence. This Community Service Program aims to provide training and assistance in developing digital content about cultural wisdom for the Nagari Siguntur officials as part of the Empowerment Forum for the Village Information System (SINAR) and AI integration. Through this program, the Nagari Siguntur officials are expected to be equipped and ready to establish an AI-assisted Village Information System (SINAR) that provides sufficient public information, thereby accelerating the realization of an independent village in terms of cultural information, with positive impacts on tourism and the local economy. This study uses a qualitative method approach by distributing questionnaires to related officials, as many as 61 respondents using a purposive sampling approach, Data collection techniques using questionnaires with a scale of 1-5, which then uses qualitative descriptive analysis.
