The spread of hoaxes has become a serious threat to national stability in the digital era. Hoaxes not only disinformation but also contribute to social disintegration, political polarization, horizontal conflict, and economic panic. This study aims to analyze the impact of hoaxes on various aspects of national life and explore the role of Civics Education (PKn) in addressing these threats. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were obtained through a literature review of academic sources and government policies. The study results indicate that hoaxes can undermine public trust in state institutions and lead to multidimensional instability. On the other hand, PKn plays a strategic role in equipping citizens with digital literacy, Pancasila values, and critical and ethical attitudes in media use. By integrating digital literacy into the PKn curriculum, society can be more resilient to attacks of false information. This study recommends strengthening character education and legal understanding through PKn to create informed and socially responsible citizens.
Desi Devrika Devra

This study aims to analyze the contribution of the philosophy of science to innovation in Islamic education management by highlighting the relationship between theoretical dimensions and institutional practices in responding to the challenges of globalization, digitalization, and value crises. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this research examines various national and international publications from 2019–2024 to identify integration patterns between the philosophy of science and managerial policies in Islamic education. The findings reveal that the philosophy of science serves as a conceptual, normative, and reflective foundation that guides Islamic education management to avoid technocratic and pragmatic tendencies. The ontological, epistemological, and axiological dimensions of the philosophy of science strengthen the formulation of vision, policy, and educational innovation that emphasize moral values, human development, and social benefit. However, the study also identifies a gap between philosophical ideals and managerial practices, which remain dominated by administrative efficiency. Therefore, reflective culture, value-based leadership, and management systems grounded in philosophical reasoning are needed to ensure that decision-making and innovation are ethically and spiritually guided. The results of this study are expected to enrich the theoretical and practical development of Islamic education management based on the philosophy of science and to offer a new direction for Islamic education as a civilizational force founded on knowledge, faith, and righteous action.

Keywords:

philosophy of science, Islamic education management, innovation, reflective leadership, educational reform
Nadia Putri KamilaSyifa Hanifah SyandraJamal FakhriKoderi Koderi

The focus of this research is the post-evaluation of the Pontianak City Government Supervisory Leadership Training (PKP) held by the Pontianak City Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) in 2023-2024. The variable studied was the impact of the PKP. The research applied a descriptive method, a quantitative approach, and an evaluation design. The population of all PKP alumni from 2023-2024 was 70 people using a total sampling technique. There were 66 alumni respondents and 61 mentors. The results showed that the integration of Pancasila leadership, servant leadership, and digital literacy resulted in significant changes in the leadership behavior of supervisory officials. This research empirically proves the effectiveness of a structured and contextual PKP program. Support from mentors, stakeholders, and team members is a supporting factor. Limited human resources, internet infrastructure, and the speed of digitalization policy changes require continuous intervention. The research produces four recommendations for further research and strengthens the theory of integrated leadership. Bureaucratic practitioners need to redesign leadership development programs in the Indonesian public sector with a more holistic and integrated approach.
Zainuri ZainuriDidih Abidin

Prospect Theory (PT) is one of the most influential theories in behavioral economic and financial psychology, explaining how individuals respond to uncertainty through loss aversion, probability weighting, and reference dependence. This article conducts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 9 open-access international articles published in 2020–2025 that test decision-making behavior under risk using PT and Cumulative Prospect Theory (CPT). The extraction procedure uses the PRISMA protocol, with main categories: research context, theoretical model, empirical method, findings, and implications. The synthesis results show the consistency of loss aversion behavior, non-linear probability weighting, and framing effect that cause investors to deviate from rationality assumptions. The study also shows variations in elicitation parameters and methods, but generally confirms that risk preferences are influenced by psychological bias and market context. The theoretical implications emphasize the need for a decision model that considers behavioral bias, while practical implications recommend education-based and debiasing interventions to improve the quality of investment decisions. This review is limited to limited sample and methodological heterogeneity, and suggests future research to expand the empirical context and integration of experimental approaches.
Linda SusilowatiDwi Cahyaningdyah

http://ejournal.kompetif.com/index.php/diklatreview/article/view/2591

This study examines the effects of principal academic supervision, teacher self-efficacy, and organizational culture on teacher performance in private vocational schools in South Tangerang, Indonesia. Using a quantitative associative design, 118 teachers were sampled from 11 schools. Data were collected through validated questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression and path analysis. Results show that academic supervision has the strongest direct effect on teacher performance (β = 0.801, p < 0.05), followed by organizational culture (β = 0.615, p < 0.05) and self-efficacy (β = 0.438, p < 0.05). Academic supervision and self-efficacy also positively influence organizational culture (β = 0.305 and 0.174, p < 0.05). However, indirect effects through organizational culture (0.188 and 0.107) are smaller than direct effects, indicating that organizational culture acts more as a supportive factor than a mediator. The study highlights the importance of strengthening supervision and self-efficacy while fostering a positive organizational culture to enhance teacher performance. The findings provide practical guidance for school leaders and policymakers to improve professional development and school effectiveness.
Suprihatin SuprihatinSaiful AnwarSiti Zubaidah

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, teacher motivation, and organizational culture on teacher performance at Private Vocational Schools in Cluster Three of South Tangerang City, as well as to examine the role of organizational culture as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach with an associative design was employed, involving 153 teachers selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire, tested for validity and reliability, and analyzed using multiple linear regression and path analysis. The findings indicate that transformational leadership, teacher motivation, and organizational culture have a significant positive direct effect on teacher performance (β = 0,216; 0,333; 0,250). Transformational leadership and teacher motivation also enhance organizational culture (β = 0.572; 0.255); however, the indirect effects through organizational culture are relatively small (β = 0.143; 0.064), making it a less effective mediator. Improving teacher performance is more effectively achieved through strengthening transformational leadership and teacher motivation directly, while organizational culture serves as a supporting factor.
Windaningsih WindaningsihSaiful AnwarSiti Zubaidah

This community service initiative aimed to strengthen academic leaders’ capacity in developing research-based teaching materials that support evidence-informed learning in higher education. Conducted at XYZ University, Sumatera, the program involved deans, vice deans, and heads of study programs who often face challenges in translating institutional research outputs into effective instructional resources. Through the “From Research to Classroom” framework introduced in a structured workshop, participants were guided to identify pedagogically relevant research insights, extract key findings, and transform them into teaching components aligned with course learning outcomes. The workshop integrated lectures, hands-on exercises, and collaborative peer review to ensure practical skill development. Evaluation results indicated notable improvements in participants’ understanding and ability to convert research findings into modules, case materials, and structured learning activities. Overall, the program demonstrates the importance of capacity-building initiatives for academic leaders in fostering evidence-based teaching practices and narrowing the gap between research production and classroom implementation within Indonesian higher education institutions
Muhammad Rasyid AbdillahRizqa AnitaIwan WijanarkoTristiyani TristiyaniLiza Rizqi

The main issue identified is the farmers’ low financial literacy, which leads to irregular transaction records, difficulties in calculating production costs, and the inability to prepare basic financial statements. The activities were carried out through several stages, including field observation, introduction to basic accounting concepts, hands-on training in simple bookkeeping, and continuous mentoring using daily cash books. The results indicate a significant improvement in farmers’ understanding and skills in recording income, expenses, and calculating the cost of goods manufactured (COGM). Farmers have become more capable of managing and evaluating their agricultural activities systematically.
The socialization of school management strategies in handling bullying and violence at SMA N 1 XIII Koto Kampar is an important step in creating a safe, comfortable, and conducive learning environment. Based on the results of the study, socialization has been carried out through various approaches, such as homeroom teacher meetings, student coaching, counseling from Az Zuhra Institute lecturers, and the use of school information media. The school management strategy involves the prevention, handling, and evaluation of bullying and violence cases with a collaborative approach between the principal, teachers, and students. This shows that socialization needs to be carried out more intensively and structured so that the designed strategy can be implemented optimally. At the end of the community service activity, we held a group photo session and presented a certificate of appreciation to the principal who had helped run this community service activity. We also held a friendly gathering with the principal to discuss how to continue this program. According to the principal, we saw the enthusiasm of the students in listening to the presentation. Furthermore, we from the community service team also hoped that students understood the importance of preventing bullying starting from themselves. We, the community service team, welcomed this warmly and, God willing, we will follow up on the principal's good wishes, until finally, precisely at 12:00 noon, the community service event was completed and ran smoothly
Dika IrawanSyurti PrimadayaniFauzan AzmiNovit HidayatNurhayati Nurhayati

Family resilience plays a crucial role in achieving social welfare and supporting Indonesia’s Vision 2045, particularly in urban areas such as Pekanbaru, where families face complex economic and demographic challenges. However, low levels of financial literacy and the absence of structured family mapping remain major barriers to strengthening household economic resilience. This community engagement program aims to improve financial literacy, enhance families’ capacity in managing economic resources, and identify internal household potentials through a family mapping approach. The methods employed include educational workshops, community discussions, and practical simulation activities. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of financial recording, household budgeting, and the identification of family assets and economic opportunities. Participants also demonstrated greater motivation to develop home-based enterprises and improve household financial management. The program further strengthened social networks among families, functioning as essential social capital for long-term resilience. These findings confirm that integrating financial literacy and family mapping is an effective strategy for enhancing sustainable family resilience in alignment with Indonesia’s Vision 2045.
Neng MurialtiDwi WidiarsihRanti DarwinMizan AsnawiMuhammad HidayatM.Fikry HadiEvi Marlina

Violence does not discriminate by gender, but it is very clear that violence that occurs in the domestic sphere, namely the household, is very worrying and has become a never-ending conflict. The rate of domestic violence, which tends to increase every year, indicates that victims are beginning to realize that domestic violence is not something that can be normalized, so that victims have the right to fight for the right to a safe and better life. Marriage, which should be a comfortable space for a couple, has instead become the most frightening space for some women. Legal counseling on domestic violence aims to increase public understanding of the forms of violence that occur in the household, their impact on victims, and the legal protection available to those affected. This counseling also aims to prevent domestic violence through education about the rights of victims and legal procedures that can be taken to obtain protection. In addition, this counseling provides information on the role of society in supporting victims of domestic violence and reporting incidents of violence they witness. By understanding the legal and social aspects of domestic violence, it is hoped that the community can be more proactive in addressing and preventing domestic violence. This outreach is expected to increase legal awareness and create a safer and more supportive environment for victims of domestic violence, as well as encourage the creation of a more responsive and effective law enforcement system in handling domestic violence cases.

Keywords: Legal Education, Domestic Violence, Peaceful Family
Lysa AngrayniFebri HandayaniZuraidah Zuraidah

Analysis was conducted on 186 participants using multivariate approaches including crosstabulation analysis, Chi-Square test, Principal Component Analysis (PCA), multivariate analysis, and Linear Discriminant Function Analysis. Demographic data showed female dominance (59.7%) and students (94.1%). Chi-Square analysis revealed no significant relationship between training topics and non-completion rates (p > 0.05). PCA identified two main dimensions: Techno pedagogical Infrastructure dominated by stable internet access (loading 0.837), technical skills (0.812), and familiarity with BRIN Learning Management System (BRILIANT) platform (0.790); and Personal Motivation and Suitability with career goal alignment as the strongest predictor (loading 0.863). Multivariate analysis confirmed that success determinants are consistent across all training topics (p > 0.05). Discriminant analysis showed that participants who successfully completed training had more stable internet access, stronger intrinsic motivation, and higher learning autonomy compared to those who did not complete. Self-directed training success is more determined by technological infrastructure, intrinsic motivation, and self-regulation capabilities rather than specific learning material characteristics. These findings support Self-Determination Theory and emphasize the importance of addressing digital divides and developing autonomous motivation to enhance self-directed learning effectiveness
Indra RiswadinataMukhammad Nurul FurqonSiti MiatiAfifudin Ferdiansyah
