Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah statistik deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan model penelitian <em>explanatory research</em>. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 98 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan <em>purposive sampling</em> dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Padussy Coffee Pekanbaru, dengan ukuran sampel sebesar 100 Orang dengan pendekatan Krjcee, yang sukarela menjawab pertanyaan yang diajukan melalui kuesioner penelitian. Indojaya Agrinusa Kampar Regency organization on employee job satisfaction at PT. Indojaya Agrinusa, Kampar Regency. The sample obtained was 34 respondents in accordance with the research objectives. This research formulated a hypothesis for organizational analysis of employee job satisfaction at PT. Indojaya Agrinusa, Kampar Regency. To facilitate problem solving, this research was carried out using a simple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS Statistics version 25. Data was obtained from interviews and questionnaires using a simple linear regression formula with the formula: Y=a+Bx+e where Y= 18.647+ 0.893 X + e. The calculation results show that X represents the organizational commitment variable, giving a positive partial regression coefficient of 0.893 on the job satisfaction variable at PT. Indojaya Agrinusa, Kampar Regency. Measurements are carried out by calculating the coefficient of determination (R²) which is closer to 1, the more precise the linear line is. From the results of these calculations, an R² value of 30.4% of the employee job satisfaction variable in the production department at PT is obtained. Method of analysis is used was a multiple linear analysis. Research results are obtained, sales growth and working capital turnover partially do not has significant effect to profitability, while the leverage affect significantly to profitability. Hypothesis test simultaneously do not affect significantly to profitability. </em></p> <p><em>Finally the author suggested to companies who are investing, so that before making an investment, investors should pay attention to the debt owned by the company. Metode penelitian mencakup survei konsumen, wawancara dengan pelaku usaha kuliner lokal, dan observasi langsung terhadap produk kuliner yang tersedia. Temuan ini didukung oleh banyaknya penyedia kuliner yang menawarkan hidangan khas, seperti <em>langkitang</em>, <em>pensi</em>, <em>karupuak kuah</em>, <em>soto ceker</em>, <em>pisang kapik</em>, <em>bakso bakar</em>, dan minuman seperti es kelapa muda dengan variasi yang beragam, yang disajikan kepada wisatawan. Analisis kualitas produk mencakup aspek-aspek seperti bahan baku, proses pengolahan, presentasi, dan cita rasa. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pelaku usaha kuliner, pemerintah setempat, dan pihak terkait guna meningkatkan kualitas produk kuliner serta mendukung pengembangan pariwisata di Pantai Purus. The comparison was carried out with 2 comparison aspects and 2 research subjects per comparison aspect, namely grind size and the ratio between coffee and water. This research is quantitative research that uses secondary data and documentary methods. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, by taking 9 food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2016-2020 period. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using SPSS version 20. The results showed that company size had a negative influence on tax avoidance, while other factors did not have a significant influence. Sampell pada riset ini ialah pelannggan alfamart cabang pramuka yang ada&nbsp; bernilai 52 pelannggan, teknnik yang dipakai ialah denngan mettode teknnik&nbsp; <em>Accidental&nbsp; sampling</em>. Analissis data yang dipakai dallam riset ini analissa deskkriktif&nbsp; kuanttitatif. Metoode anallisa yang dipakai ialah perrsamaan regrresi liinier berrganda. Hasil riset memperlihatkan kalau harrga serta prodduk dampak posittif serta signiffikan, serta hal inii terliihat dari koeffisien determiinasi (R<sup>2</sup>) senilai 0.866 memperlihatkan kalau 72,7% kepuasaan pelannggan di PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Cabang Pramuka (1PKAM)-Pekanbaru dapat dijellaskan atau disebabkkan oleh harrga serta prodduk. Denggan kata lain harrga dan prodduk memberrikan penggaruh senilai 72,7% terrhadap kineerja karryawan. The presence of sago noodles will enrich the culinary treasures of Riau. This research aims to analyze consumer satisfaction with the culinary quality of sago noodles in Pekanbaru City. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling followed by a judgment sampling method for 100 consumers who were purchasing sago noodles as respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis methods, Important Performance Analysis (IPA), and Customer Statistics Index (CSI). The results of the Important Performance Analysis (IPA) research show that there are still several things that do not meet consumer expectations. The attributes that are the main priority in improving performance and to be improved are the sago noodle topping and serving speed. Several attributes are in a position to be maintained, namely taste, uniqueness, completeness of sago noodles, guarantee, maturity, product variety, appearance, price, and portion. To achieve this goal, research was conducted using a sample of 99 respondents who were employees of PT. Sumatra Sylva Lestari Estate Pasir Pengaraian.</p> <p>The data collection technique in this research is through a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression using a Likert scale and data testing is carried out using SPSS Version 22 software. The results of this research show that the Competency variable influences employee work motivation, the work environment variable influences work motivation, the Competency variable influences employee performance, The work environment variable influences employee performance, and the motivation variable influences employee performance. contribution of the influence of competence (X1) and work environment (X2) on work motivation (Y1) at PT. Sumatra Sylva Lestari Estate Pasir Pengaraian was 19.8% and contributed to the influence of competence (X1), work environment (X2) and work motivation (Y1) on employee performance (Y2) at PT. Masyarakat pedesaan di wilayah ini menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka dengan sumberdaya lahan gambut yang memiliki produktivitas marginal. Pengelolaan lahan gambut yang berkelanjutan menjadi penting, terutama dalam menghadapi dampak pembukaan lahan untuk pertanian yang telah menyebabkan kebakaran hutan dan lahan. Data citra dianalisis secara spasial dengan software Arcgis digunakan untuk menganalisis penggunaan lahan gambut. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan potensi sumberdaya lahan gambut di Desa Sumber Jaya seluas 2.248 hektare terlah dikembangkan untuk berbagai jenis komoditas seperti lahan perkebunan kelapa sawit seluas 1.365 hektare, semak belukar seluas 619 hektare, hutan tanaman industry seluas 196 hektare, dan area pemukiman seluas 68 hektare. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa lahan gambut di Desa Sumber Jaya yang pada awalnya untuk pengembangan daerah transmigrasi berbasis tanaman pangan, saat ini telah berubah dengan komoditas dominan yang berkembang adalah perkebunan kelapa sawit. The research was conducted at the Siak District Inspectorate Office. The informants in this study were the State Civil Apparatuses of the Siak Regency Inspectorate Office. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results showed that the evaluation of the performance of the village/village administration in Siak Regency had gone well as planned by the Siak District Inspectorate. This<br>research approach uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study was a<br>questionnaire with a measuring instrument in the form of a differential sematic scale where the selected<br>respondents were all employees of the Singaraja National Savings and Loans Cooperative, namely as<br>many as 32 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is the structural equation model<br>(SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the effect<br>of stress on employee work productivity shows no effect and is not significant, while emotional<br>intelligence is only a moderating predictor.
