Namun, salah satu permasalahan utama yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM adalah rendahnya literasi keuangan, khususnya dalam pengelolaan arus kas dan perencanaan keuangan usaha. Banyak pelaku UMKM masih mencampurkan keuangan pribadi dengan keuangan usaha, tidak melakukan pencatatan keuangan secara rutin, serta belum mampu menyusun perencanaan keuangan jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Kondisi ini berdampak pada sulitnya mengukur kinerja usaha, mengelola modal, dan mengambil keputusan bisnis yang tepat.</p> <p>Program peningkatan literasi keuangan ini dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pendampingan pengelolaan arus kas dan perencanaan keuangan usaha bagi pelaku UMKM di Nanggalo, Kota Padang. Pendampingan dilakukan secara bertahap melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan praktik langsung pencatatan keuangan sederhana. Materi yang diberikan meliputi pemahaman dasar literasi keuangan, pentingnya pemisahan keuangan usaha dan pribadi, pencatatan pemasukan dan pengeluaran, penyusunan laporan arus kas, serta perencanaan keuangan usaha yang berkelanjutan.</p> <p>Metode pendampingan yang digunakan bersifat partisipatif, sehingga pelaku UMKM terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran dan dapat menyesuaikan materi dengan kondisi usaha masing-masing. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap pengelolaan arus kas dan pentingnya perencanaan keuangan. Kondisi ini berdampak pada rendahnya kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam mengevaluasi kinerja usaha, mengelola arus kas, dan mengambil keputusan bisnis yang tepat.</p> <p>Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat manajemen keuangan UMKM melalui pelatihan pencatatan keuangan sederhana berbasis digital. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan aplikatif, yang melibatkan pelaku UMKM secara aktif dalam proses pelatihan dan pendampingan. Meskipun memiliki potensi besar dalam menyerap tenaga kerja dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, UMKM masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, khususnya dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM). Rendahnya pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap manajemen kinerja dan motivasi kerja berdampak pada rendahnya produktivitas, efektivitas kerja, serta keberlanjutan usaha.</p> <p>Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan SDM UMKM melalui pelatihan manajemen kinerja dan motivasi kerja berbasis produktivitas. Pelatihan dirancang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam menetapkan target kerja, membagi tugas secara efektif, melakukan evaluasi kinerja, serta membangun motivasi kerja yang berorientasi pada hasil. Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat partisipatif dan aplikatif, dengan menyesuaikan materi pelatihan pada kondisi nyata usaha UMKM di wilayah Lubuk Gadang.</p> <p>Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan klasikal, diskusi kelompok, studi kasus, dan praktik langsung. MSMEs play a strategic role in the local economy, but still face challenges in HR management, which is informal, undocumented, and limited use of technology. This situation results in low productivity, weak performance oversight, and limited adaptability to increasingly competitive business conditions. Based on a situational analysis, MSMEs in Pauh generally lack a structured system for recording attendance, assigning tasks, or evaluating performance. Furthermore, low digital literacy results in suboptimal use of technology in HR management. To address these challenges, this program is designed through a participatory approach, employing practice-based training and ongoing mentoring. Activities include mapping digital needs and readiness, training on the use of simple applications for recording and monitoring performance, and developing work standards and HR performance indicators. The mentoring is conducted in stages to enable MSMEs to implement the system independently. In the initial stage, a healthy exercise program conducted in Pagesangan Village, Surabaya, successfully increased community participation and awareness of the importance of physical fitness. However, the main challenge lies in the community’s ability to maintain the program independently. Therefore, this second-stage program aims to analyze and strengthen community independence through a community empowerment approach. The method used is a participatory approach involving post-assistance evaluation, strengthening local leadership, and facilitating independent program management. The results show that the community has successfully established a self-managed group called “Senam Sehat Bersama,” equipped with an organizational structure, local instructors, regular exercise schedules, and a self-sustaining funding system through member contributions. These findings indicate that continuous mentoring effectively fosters community independence. The population of this study was all employees of the Food Crops and Horticulture Service of Rokan Hulu Regency. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with 54 respondents. The independent variables in this study were training (X1), organizational environment (X2), and performance variables (Y). Data collection methods used questionnaires, documentation, and informal interviews. Instrument reliability tests included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests included normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results showed that 97.1% of performance was influenced by training and organizational environment, while the remaining 2.9% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was checked using triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the principal's instructional leadership at the UPT SMA Negeri 2 Enrekang has been implemented well. The principal plays an effective role in managing the learning program to improve the quality of graduates, especially in the formation of student character. This is reflected in student behavior that demonstrates discipline in various situations, religiosity in school activities, resilience and responsibility in learning activities, and a school environment free from bullying. The main problem faced by the participants is limited conceptual understanding of the meaning and forms of theoretical contribution in scientific research, which often results in weak articulation of theoretical contribution in academic articles. The activity was conducted through a face-to-face workshop designed to strengthen both conceptual and practical understanding of theoretical contribution in research. A total of ten early-career researchers from management and business disciplines participated in the program. The effectiveness of the activity was evaluated using a pretest–posttest approach to measure changes in participants’ understanding before and after the training. The pretest results indicated that most participants were unable to adequately explain theoretical contribution from a scientific perspective. However, the posttest results, based on case analysis, showed a clear improvement in participants’ ability to identify and formulate theoretical contributions in research. Digital transformation in the education sector requires institutions to possess creative and professional video content production capabilities; however, employees’ technical competencies remain limited. The activity was implemented through technical training, hands-on practice mentoring, and the strengthening of digital branding strategies. Evaluation was conducted using questionnaires administered before and after the activity. The results showed a 60 percentage-point increase in participants categorized as understanding/very understanding, shifting from an initial condition dominated by the less understanding category to a dominant level after the training. In addition, the less understanding category decreased to 0% at the end of the activity. These findings indicate that practice-based training methods are effective in improving employees’ competencies and self-confidence.
