Analisis Model UTAUT2 (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) Terhadap Perilaku Penggunaan Layanan Pembelajaran Online Melalui Behavioral Intention

Abstrak

Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang berkembang pesat khususnya pada dunia pendidikan menjadikan pembelajaran secara online lebih mudah. Pengembangan E-learning tidak hanya menyajikan meteri pelajaran secara online namun harus komunikatif dan menarik. Pembelajaran online harus digunakan dengan maksimal agar dapat merasakan manfaatnya. Perilaku pengguna yang kurang maksimal dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor. UTAUT merupakan salah satu model penerimaan teknologi terkini. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel independent hedonic motivation terhadap variabel dependent use behavior melalui variabel intervening behavioral intention. Variabel moderating menunjukan bahwa age (usia), gender (usia) dan experience (pengalaman), bukan merupakan variabel yang memoderasi pengaruh variabel independent terhadap variabel dependent.
