Abstract

Community service is an educational process aimed at improving the quality of life of the community and its surrounding environment. Currently, community empowerment activities also serve as efforts to promote sustainable development. In Desa Pandau Jaya, Kecamatan Siak Hulu, many housewives still have considerable free time after completing their daily household tasks. Through community service activities, which are one of the pillars of the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi (three obligations of higher education institutions), this program is expected to provide knowledge-based solutions for the local community, particularly the women of Desa Pandau Jaya.

One effort to enhance the creativity and skills of these women is by improving their ability to produce frozen chicken rolls (rolade chicken frozen). After mastering the production process, the next step involves adding value to the product to support the development of creative economic enterprises. The main objective of this activity is to enhance the women’s skills in making frozen chicken rolls and to promote entrepreneurship opportunities that are economically viable.
