EDUKASI PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH DAN KEBERSIHAN LINGKUNGAN

Abstract

The low level of public awareness to dispose of waste in its place and the frequent littering causes unpleasant odors around the house. Garbage also falls into the drains (drains), so that when heavy rains cause water flow to be blocked, and flooding occurs on the roads, as well as dirt on the streets. The Community Service Team provides solutions, namely socialization and education about household waste management and provides assistance with simple waste disposal containers to residents of RW 13. The methods used to achieve the objectives are: 1) counseling. 2) provision of equipment assistance, and 3) evaluation. The evaluation results show that public knowledge about waste management, especially waste disposal, is increasing
