Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) play an important role in strengthening rural economies through effective management of local resources. However, many BUMDes continue to experience challenges in financial management, including manual bookkeeping, limited managerial competencies, and low utilization of digital technology, which reduce financial accountability and reporting quality. This community service program aimed to improve the financial management competencies of BUMDes managers through training on digital financial applications. The program was implemented in Kampar Regency, Riau Province, using a participatory approach consisting of needs assessment, training sessions, practical exercises, implementation assistance, and evaluation through pre-test and post-test. The findings indicate a substantial improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills, with average scores increasing from 2.55 in the pre-test to 4.35 in the post-test. Participants demonstrated better abilities in transaction recording, financial statement preparation, and the application of digital financial systems. The program contributed to strengthening financial transparency, accountability, and sustainable governance practices within Village-Owned Enterprises.
