PENGARUH STRES KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DENGAN COPING STYLE SEBAGAI MEDIASI

Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi yang bernilai bagi arus penelitian pada bidang manajemen, khususnya pada topik kajian manajemen sumber daya manusia. Dengan memanfaatkan sampel dari petugas kepolisian yang bekerja di beberapa Institusi Kepolisian pada wilayah di Indonesia, temuan pada penelitian ini menguraikan bagaimana stress kerja yag dihadapi oleh individu memiliki hubungan terhadap coping style dari individu tersebut yang pada akhirnya akan memiliki dampak terhadap kepuasan kerja individu. Temuan penelitian ini juga dapat memberikan masukan kepada pihak manajemen organisasi dalam mempertimbangkan strategi dalam mengurangi tingkat stress dan meingkatkan kepuasan kerja individu di tempat kerja. Hasil penelitian juga diharapkan dapat menjadi stimulus dalam memberikan perhatian yang lebih untuk penelitian-penelitian yang akan datang dari para akademisi dan praktisi dalam menginvestigasi faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan sikap individu seperti kepuasan kerja.
