PENDEKATAN MODEL KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA “MOSADEGHRAD” PADA KOMITMEN KARYAWAN PT. PERTAMINA HULU ROKAN PASCA ALIHKELOLA

Abstract

Setelah setahun pengambilalihan oleh PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) dari Chevron Pacific Indonesia (CPI) belum diikuti oleh survei resmi yang mengamati komitmen karyawan terhadap organisasi baru-baru ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan model kualitas kehidupan kerja Mosadeghrad untuk meneliti dampak langsung dan tidak langsung dari kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui kepuasan kerja, yang dimoderatori oleh kebanggaan nasional. Menggunakan 96 mantan karyawan CPI yang kini bekerja di PHR, penelitian ini menggunakan Hayes Process Macro model 1 dan 4 untuk menguji model tersebut. Studi saat ini benar-benar membuktikan efek langsung dari kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi serta ketika dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Kebanggaan nasional tingkat rendah atau tinggi menghasilkan dampak yang sama pada hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi.
