Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh
pengaruh dukungan sosial Co-Woker Exchange dan Keterikatan Kerja di
Pemerintahan Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian
ini adalah sebanyak 178 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan
kuesioner. Teknis analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan Structural
Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0 sebagai alat
pengolahan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perceived co-
wokers Support berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap Keterikatan Kerja,
Perceived co-wokers Support berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap Co-
wokers Exchange, Co-wokers Exchange berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan
terhadap Keterikatan Kerja. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa Co-wokers
exchange memediasi hubungan antara Perceived co-wokers support terhadap
Keterikatan Kerja di Instansi Pemerintahan Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.
