This study aims to analyze the influence of Unique Human Capital on Innovative Work Behavior, with Psychological Empowerment as a mediating variable in employees of the Dental Clinic of Awal Bros Hospital. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study were all dentists working at the Dental Clinic of Awal Bros Hospital with a total of 100 respondents. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares--Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method through the SmartPLS application. The results of the study indicate that Unique Human Capital has a positive and significant effect on Innovative Work Behavior and Psychological Empowerment. Psychological Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on Innovative Work Behavior. Testing the mediation effect shows that Psychological Empowerment significantly mediates the relationship between Unique Human Capital and Innovative Work Behavior. This finding indicates that the uniqueness of the competencies, experiences, and skills of medical personnel will be more optimal in encouraging innovative work behavior if supported by empowering psychological conditions. This study contributes to the development of human resource management and organizational behavior studies, especially in the healthcare sector.
