About the Journal
Jurnal Diklat Review (Online ISSN: 2598-6449| Print ISSN : 2580-4111) published by Komunitas Manajemen Kompetitif. This journal published thrice in April, Agustus dan December. It contain the articles such as scientific papers (research and non-research), analytical studies, theoretical applications and reviews of management issues. The publication of this journal aims to increase the quantity and quality as well as its spread with the science of communication among the intellectuals, practitioners, students and observers of HR management problems.

Based on the Decree of the Director General of Strengthening Research and Development of the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education Number: 230/E/KPT/2022 Date: 30 December 2022 Concerning the Accreditation Ranking of Scientific Journals for Period IV of 2022, the Diklat Reyiew : Jurnal manajemen pendidikan dan pèlatihan Journal is declared as an Accredited Scientific Journal with the category "Sinta 5" starting from Volume 6 Number 2 of 2022 to Volume 11 Number 1 of 2027.

Edisi ini memuat berbagai kajian yang menyoroti penguatan UMKM melalui pendampingan packaging berbasis kearifan lokal, pelatihan budidaya okra, serta pembinaan usaha bengkel motor bagi pemuda. Pada bidang manajerial, pembahasan mencakup budaya organisasi, work-life balance, kepatuhan SOP pelatihan, serta pengambilan keputusan berbasis big data dan peramalan permintaan melalui systematic literature review. Kajian perilaku konsumen generasi Z pada marketplace juga dihadirkan. Selain itu, publikasi ini menyoroti isu strategis seperti pembangunan wilayah berwawasan lingkungan dan transformasi program komunitas iklim, menjadikan edisi ini relevan bagi akademisi maupun praktisi.
