ANALYSIS OF EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION OF PROCEDURAL JUSTICE AT THE EAST BELITUNG REGENCY CULTURE AND TOURISM SERVICE

Abstrak

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bidang-bidang yang memerlukan peningkatan atau kemajuan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan karyawan terhadap keadilan prosedural. Penting untuk menilai langkah-langkah yang paling efektif dan efisien untuk meningkatkan keadilan prosedural, mengingat proses adalah hasil yang dihasilkan oleh suatu organisasi. Untuk menghasilkan prosedur yang efisien, penggunaan IPA diperlukan sebagai alat evaluasi signifikansi dan efektivitas keadilan prosedural. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada total 70 staf yang bekerja di Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Belitung Timur. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 6 indikator, yang selanjutnya dikategorikan ke dalam 9 item kuesioner, menyoroti kesenjangan antara kepentingan dan kinerja. Dari empat kuadran sains, enam indikator tersebut tersebar di tiga kuadran. Inisiatif ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keadilan prosedural di lingkungan Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Belitung Timur melalui langkah-langkah yang efisien.
