Community Learning Centers (PKBM) play a strategic role in expanding access to non-formal education; however, many still face institutional management challenges that hinder service quality and sustainability. This community service project aims to strengthen the institutional management capacity of PKBM Aisyiyah 01 Poris, Tangerang, through a participatory and sustainable approach. The study employs Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving cycles of planning, action, observation, and reflection conducted collaboratively with PKBM administrators. Data were collected via interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires, and analyzed using thematic and correlational techniques. Results indicate significant improvements in organizational structure clarity, administrative systematization, and strategic planning orientation. A positive correlation was also found between the intensity of mentoring and the enhancement of managerial capacity. The findings demonstrate that participatory-based interventions are more effective in fostering sustainable institutional transformation than conventional approaches. In conclusion, this program contributes to the development of a participatory and reflective model for strengthening non-formal education institutions by emphasizing the integration of practical action and critical learning.
